scrubs
Scrubs in medical world is better known as scrub suits which is worn by from doctors to medical staff to nurses who had to be in a surgery. Today we continue to distinguish medical personnel dress in scrubs in hospitals, offices and clinics. We cannot imagine a surgeon work in a decontaminated room without scrubs. Actually scrubs have been part of the medical world for less than one hundred years. Why? It’s because not until 1900s surgeons before did not wear this kind of clothing, they just actually wore street clothing and perform surgery in an operating theater. They don’t even wear gloves and just had exposed palms to perform some procedures using some surgical instruments that have not even been sterilized. Before the scrub suits as a uniform came into the medical world, surgeons before even the staffs’ nurses wear white clothes or what they call lab coat to indicate cleanliness.
Today, most or almost all medical personnel in a hospital are already allowed to wear different colors of scrub uniforms especially the nursing scrubs in the condition that it must have the badge or logo of the hospital, clinic or of the company although some organization strictly requires certain type of color of a nursing scrub depending on the department they belong to. Not only that, today you can even see some nurses wearing a nursing scrub with prints like cartoon characters or abstract designs depending on what pleases them and also to the patients. Though some medical staffs still prefers to wear the traditional type of nursing uniform because for them if they wear the scrubs they were / are identified as cleaning aide or staff that makes it hard for the patients whether if they are a nurse or not. But for the modern age today, mostly prefer to wear the modern scrub type if uniform as it is a neutral type of uniform and that comes in altered measurement in order to be able to fit all types of shape.

scarf
I got interested by this piece of clothing right after seeing a korean series titled 'HE'S BEAUTIFUL'... Wearing such a piece of cloth is not that bad after all... Can wear it anytime anywhere and anyhow we want it... I never really like wearing such stuff before because I feel like I'm hiding from something or from someone or feel look like a fugitive, lol... But after seeing that korean series it made me realized that 'ok i think I got to wear something like that too' I mean so we can wear such scarf in anyway we want it whether it's warm or so cold...
There are also certain type of scarves and ways on how to wear them fashionably... One of those type is the Long Knit Scarf which can be worn in two ways, another one is the Short Knit Scarf (a less than 6 feet scarf) can be also worn in 2 ways... The Long Silk or Satin Scarf, the type of scarf which is usually seen and worn in uniforms one you can say the traditional type of scarf.. The Square Silk or Satin Scarf, the type of neck scarf can be tied by pulling the two opposite corners tight until it forms a long narrow band of fabric. And lastly the Extra Wide Fabric Scarf These scarves are most often seen in Europe and may include a fringe. They are often a wrinkly type of soft fabric and are about 4 feet long and 3 feet wide when completely unfolded.

polo
What has gotten into me?! I never really like wearing polo because I prefer wearing shirts or tank tops. But now it seems like every time I go out or when I go to work if possible I want something to wear like polo matching it with a tight fitting pants or skinny jeans or shorts.
Because a polo shirt, also known as a golf shirt and tennis shirt, is a T-shaped shirt with a collar, typically a two- or three-button placket, and an optional pocket. Polo shirts are usually made of knitted cloth (rather than woven cloth), usually piqué cotton or, less commonly, silk, merino wool, or synthetic fibers.
And I hate wearing something like that, I feel like I'm being strangled preventing me to breathe... hahaha but now I don't know maybe because of my work that made me wear something like this and really no regrets, I even feel sexy wearing a polo shirt... :D

tank tops
A sleeveless shirt, singlet or vest, also known as a tank top, is a shirt manufactured without sleeves, or one where the sleeves have been cut off. Sleeveless shirts can be worn by either gender, depending on the style. Tank tops are often worn by athletes in sports such as track and field and bicycling. Tank tops have been popular warm-weather casual wear in the United States since the 1970s[citation needed], and are regarded as acceptable public casual dress in most warm weather locales. They are mostly preferred in hot climates, since the arm holes provide ventilation and the thin fabric provides comfort.
In American English, a tank top is a sleeveless garment that can be worn by either sex. It is often worn under the shirt as underwear, although more colorful and well-designed tank tops are usually worn as an outer shirt. In Australian English the term singlet is usually used to refer to the garment, whilst in British English, the term vest is used, while tank top refers to a sleeveless pullover. The name tank top, recorded in English since 1968, is derived from its resemblance to a tank suit, a style of one-piece women's swimsuit with shoulder straps. Its name derives from the 1920s term swimming tank, which is an obsolete term for what is now called a swimming pool. The tankini – a portmanteau of the words tank top and bikini – is a women's swimming version of the tank top.
types:
t-back shirt (better known as racer back)
Ways to Accessorize a Tank Top
- Layer one color on top of another color for another. The tank tops could be the same cut or completely different.
- Wear a brightly colored bra beneath a black or white tank top and be sure to allow the straps to show instead of trying to hide them.
- Wear a funky bracelet. Do you own a charm bracelet or perhaps a series of bangles? It might be all you need.
- Combine a pair of patterned summer pants in the same color family as the tank. Suddenly you have a designer look.
- Pair the tank with a classic pair of shorts. That means no cut-offs. We are going for a more formal "old money" look.
- Socks to match the tank shirt... actually you could go as wild as you please with your socks.
- How about semi formal jewelry that would take the look from carefree to country club statis.
- My last suggestion is a brand new hairstyle. Nothing can beat a makeover of any sort like a new style!
- Embroider something that is completely YOU on your tank top. That leaves lots of options. All you have to do is learn a few embroidery stitches.
- Wear a long or short sleeve blouse over the t-shirt. Summery white blouses are a great solution to a ho-hum tank top that has become boring.
